Shipping options are based on destination, weight of parcel and value of parcel.

Where available and economical we recommend Fedex International Priority as it is usually much faster than by post. For some destinations it is very cheap and is a next day service. For example 0.5kg to the US or Canada is only £11.57 (GBP).
For some destinations Fedex charges are quite high. Please contact us to see if we can arrange alternative and cheaper options.
Note: Fedex Prices may vary slightly due to fuel taxes. Some Fedex parcels will be charged based on the Fedex Volumetric Weight calculation rather than actual weight.
Royal Mail Special Delivery (UK Only) Due to a technical limitation, the website is not calculating the costs correctly for larger item such as assembled gimbals. We always charge postage at cost and we will refund the difference. Alternatively contact us for a quote.
RETURNS POLICY (UK)
1.1 Orders for Special Order Goods may not be cancelled.
1.2 The Buyer may cancel other orders at any time before they are dispatched by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org;
1.3 Before returning any Goods to the Company the Buyer must contact the Company by emailing email@example.com;
1.4 The Buyer may return Goods for any reason within 14 days from the date of delivery / collection provided that the following conditions are satisfied:
(a) Goods will only be accepted if they are in brand new, unused condition fit for immediate re-sale;
(b) Packaged items will only be accepted if the package remains unbroken and in reasonable condition,; and
(c) The Buyer supplies the Advice Note or other proof of purchase (and for the avoidance of doubt a copy of the email confirming details of the order will not be sufficient for these purposes)
1.5 Where Goods are returned pursuant to Condition 1.4 (where they are not faulty):
(a) in every case a restocking charge will be made; and
(b) the risk and cost or returning the Goods shall be at the Buyer's cost.
1.6 The Company will examine the returned Goods and will process any refund to the Buyer within 30 days. Unless otherwise notified by the Company the price of the Goods will be refunded less any applicable delivery and/or collection charges.
1.7 The Company cannot offer refunds or accept returns on the following (unless they are faulty):
(a) Special Order Goods;
(b) if sealed packages have been opened on sensitive electronic goods (eg HoverflyGimbal);
(c) Goods that have been fitted; and
(d) specially manufactured products.
1.8 Goods must be returned by a method that:
(a) can provide proof of delivery; and
(b) insures the item for it's retail value;
